We provide certified, stamped and signed translations, all delivered by registered translators with the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Whether you need to translate contracts, set up your business in Spain or simply provide official translations for company by-laws, balance sheets or notary deeds, we are on it.
Place your online order. Upload your documents to translate at checkout (or send them to us later via email).
Receive a delivery date for your translation on email (Usually one-page certificates are returned to you within 48 hours from order date).
Get your certified translation in your email and a wet-ink signature copy to your postal address in Spain (Spain only, Express service 48- 72hr).
Hand your translation to your recipient entity. If you just received your translation via email, you will need to print it and hand it in paper to Spanish authorities.
Note: Since 2020, Spain does not require an original copy of your translation (bearing a wet-ink signature). Translations signed through digital signature and presented in paper are equally accepted as original copies.
