What is the standard translation lead time? 

Usually, single page certificates are returned to you via email within 48 hours from order date while lengthy documents might take longer. This will depend on the team’s workload. In any case, we endeavour to shorten delivery periods as much as possible. If you request a physical copy shipped to your address in Spain, you will need to add extra 48-72hr for it to arrive. 

Can you ship me a hard copy to my address? 

We do free shipping to all orders throughout Spain. Simply add your address at checkout. If you do not have a postal address in Spain, you will receive a digital copy (with digital official signature) in your email that you will need to print and present in paper as needed. 

I don’t live in Spain, will your e-mail copy be valid?

You will need to print your translation and deliver it in paper. Since 2020 on, Spanish authorities accept both wet-ink signature copies as well as translations bearing a digital official signature as long as you hand them in paper (they won’t accept a digital file). Other countries however, may accept a digital copy (e.g. online applications). 

We strongly recommend you contact your translation recipient entity to understand their acceptance requirements. 

Will my translation be stamped and signed? 

Of course! We deliver official translations, all signed, stamped and certified by a translator accredited by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain. Our translations are delivered according to the Spanish regulations in place. 

Will your translation be valid in my country? 

Our translations are delivered according to the Spanish regulations in place.  They are valid across Spain, EU member countries* and any other country where the this service is not subject to local regulations (i.e. US). (*except in cases when you need a notarized translation). In any case, your translation recipient entity is responsible for setting their translation validity and acceptance requirements. We strongly advise you to ask them beforehand.
