Sworn Translation – Divorce Sentence

Depending on the country where your document was issued, you may have a Divorce Decree or Divorce Sentence. Usually, a Divorce decree is issued at the end of a court hearing which is followed by a contestation period when either party can contest the divorce. If this decree is not contested within the given period, then a binding Divorce sentence is issued. You may be required to present a certified translation for this document in cases when you need a content validation of it (usually in a different country than the sentence was issued in).
